From TikTok APIs (Internal Use)

We operate an internal application that connects to the official TikTok APIs (TikTok Marketing API and TikTok Display API) using credentials and access tokens authorized by us, the account owner. Through this connection we access:

• Public profile data of our own account @sjatextile — display name, avatar, bio, follower count, following count, total likes, total video count, verified status.
• Metadata of videos posted by our own account — video ID, title, description, creation time, duration, cover image URL, share URL, view count, like count, comment count, share count.
• Performance data of our own paid advertising campaigns — campaign names, ad group names, ad names, spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, cost per click, cost per mille, video views, conversion counts, cost per conversion.

We do not access data belonging to any TikTok user other than our own authorized accounts. We do not collect personal data about viewers, followers, or commenters from the TikTok APIs.

Section 03How We Use the Information

Data obtained from the TikTok APIs is used exclusively for internal purposes:

• Producing internal weekly marketing performance reports for company management.
• Analyzing the performance of our own organic posts and paid advertising campaigns.
• Informing internal decisions about content strategy and ad budget allocation.

We do not use TikTok data for advertising to third parties, profiling individuals, or any purpose beyond our own internal marketing operations.

Section 04Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share data obtained via the TikTok APIs with any third party. Data is processed on workstations and storage systems controlled by SJA Textile and is not transmitted to any external service, vendor, or partner.

We may disclose information only if required by Indonesian law, court order, or other lawful request from competent authorities.

Section 05Data Storage and Retention

• API access tokens and refresh tokens are stored in permission-restricted local files on the operator workstation. Tokens are rotated and revoked as needed.
• Performance reports and analytics data are retained for as long as they remain operationally useful, typically up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or archived.
• We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
